At The Art of Body, we create a safe haven for body, mind and spirit exploration and sculpting in our pilates studio in Bali. 

We are a STOTT trained professional pilates studio in Bali. Operating since 2009, we have catered to small group or private settings to enrich our client's wellbeing.

We thrive in supporting your process by teaching you proper technique, by executing careful designed programs and adding a unique twist to your routine each time you come in.

Our Bali pilates studio serves as our wellness hub for clients worldwide. Whether on holiday, stopping through or on business, The Art of Body fitness studio caters to your fitness and wellness needs with a range of private or group pilates sessions, and pole dance retreat programs

 

PROFESSIONAL INITIAL CONSULTATION   (1 HOUR)

Your first consultation will identify your postural needs, your body's imbalances and your personal goals in your journey in pilates. In this one hour session, you will be assessed by a STOTT certified professional so we can write a tailor-made program for you. Postural analysis, strength testings and correct form will be discussed and tested appropriately.

PRIVATE PILATES   (1 HOUR)

Private Pilates is recommend to anyone who wants to take pilates at their own pace. Privates are dedicated in teaching you the fundamentals, the modifications or the advancements of each exercise. The appropriate equipment and program will be written to suit your personal needs and fitness goals.

COUPLES PILATES   (1 HOUR)

Private Pilates is recommend to anyone who wants to take pilates at their own pace. Privates are dedicated in teaching you the fundamentals, the modifications or the advancements of each exercise. The appropriate equipment and program will be written to suit your personal needs and fitness goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE PILATES   (1 HOUR)

Our 3-person limit in our semi-private pilates classes, allows us to pay close attention to your personal programs in a group setting. Semi-privates can be booked every hour on the hour from monday to saturdays midday.

GROUP MAT PILATES   (1 HOUR)

Group mat pilates is great for larger organised groups, beginners or maintenance programs. Group mat pilates is appropriate for 4-8 people at one time. Group mat pilates can also be organised for in-villa purposes. Please email us for your most convenient time.

50/50 CUSTOMISED TRAINING   (1 HOUR)

In this Personal training session, you can mix and match any of the services we have.

Owner & facilitator of the pilates studio has an amazing way of clearly explaining every pilates exercise he gets you to do right from the essential basics. His knowledge of the body and how it works is phenomenal. I booked in for rehab help on my lower back which he helped me with 100% and which I continue to practice at home. SI’ve had 3 Bowen sessions with Faz and they’ve been amazing. Something so subtle and gentle, yet has such a profound impact.
